You no longer have to come in to order. Just give us a call and provide us with your information. Documents will then be texted to you for digital signature. Lot buildings can be purchased online on our Derksen website www.derksenveteranowned.com. This includes starting Rent to Own on a lot building.

LEAD TIMES on new orders vary. Been Ranging 2 to 5 weeks. Weather, Material delays, and how many orders plant has all play into lead times. Orders are no longer done in order, they are done as material for you order is readily available.
